Missing Guest Order
I made a guest order and today it was supposed to arrive. I had been able to track it the last few days, but today I get this error message saying "Order not found", right under a picture of the order in question. It hasn't arrived and now I can't track it. Attempts to get help from the eBay help & contact pages or the eBay AI keep sending me back to this link below, which does nothing for me. Has anyone had this problem before, and how did you resolve it?

Guest orders are not connected to your eBay account; for help with a guest order you must first sign out of your existing eBay account and then use the "order details" link in the email that you received from eBay regarding the guest order, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.
