Missing gift card cash
So I had roughly 168 dollars on my account, I applied two gift cards 50 one day 100 another and I already had a few bucks before that. I went to purchase my items and the money is just gone without a trace, I haven't purchased anything so idk where it all went. I'm not sure what to do because I can't call a representative because it's just a stupid ai chat bot. I need help thats money I can't have ebay just taking or some s**t
