Missing Funds From Sale

Hi, can someone please help me?? eBay is completely aggravating - horrible customer service "options!" I'm having issues trying to confirm - trying to find my "missing" funds from a sale 24 hours ago. On eBay's app on my iPhone, eBay states that the transaction is completed, the funds "are available," etc. BUT, no, the funds are not in my bank account? I sent a message to the buyer and this woman, explaining to her that I did not send the item because her supposed funds, are NOT in my bank account. I explained that I'm trying to find answers with eBay, but their incompetence, horrible customer service is not helping with this situation - because there is no customer service other than a chat board!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THEY NOW ROB MORE MONEY FROM YOU AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?! Then this woman decides to state/claim to eBay - select the option that states she "hasn't received the item." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! IT WAS JUST SOLD LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO!!! I'm trying to find my **bleep** money but it's not in my bank account; hence, why I didn't ship it out today! I was literally next in line at the USPS office to ship this package out, but as I'm reviewing my bank account on my phone, THERE'S NO FUNDS FROM EBAY, FROM HER, FOR THIS ITEM, IN MY ACCOUNT!!!! Where in the hell is the money, eBay?!

Please calm down.
When the item is in Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment, you ship.
If your funds are not immediately available from payments for an item you sold, you're not allowed to hold shipment until the funds are released

Normally it takes 4 days from the time the buyer pays to the time it will appear in your bank account.
BUT, since you are an infrequent seller, Ebay could hold your funds for up to 30 days.
