MISSING FUNDS FOR A SALE
ON 03/22/25 I SOLD TWO ITEMS TO ONE PERSON BUT PACKED IN ONE BOX WITH TWO SHIP LABELS FROM EBAY ON THE BOX. CUSTOMER PURCHASED SEPERATLY WITHIN 30 MINUTES BUT I HAD PAID AND DOWNLOADED THE FIRST PURCHASE ALREADY PRIOR TO SAME CUSTOMER PLACING AN ADDITIONAL ITEM ORDER TO BE SHIPPED. I PLACED BOTH ITEMS IN ONE BOX AND ATTACHED TWO SHIP LABELS FROM EBAY FOR USPS.
NOW ONE ITEM SHOWS DELIVERED AND FUNDS CREDITED TO MY EBAY ACCOUNT BUT THE OTHER ITEM LABEL WAS NEVER SCANNED AS DELIVERED AS WELL SO HOW DO I GET EBAY TO GIVE ME FUNDS FOR THE OTHER ITEM STILL SHOWING IN TRANSIT SINCE 03/24/25 ??

Instead of 2 shipping labels on one box, the two items should have used one label. Then you put the same tracking number for both items.

OP1 year agoI didn’t know about that because I never sold anything on eBay prior and I maybe should have just put items in two different boxes

OP1 year agoI messaged recipient about my situation to see if buyer can go into their account and show it was delivered and I gave buyer the tracking number number and item ID # again but the eBay chat box isn’t any help for this situation
