Missing funds
Hello! So I recently sold two items and together the combined total payout was supposed to be about $320 after shipping and eBay’s taxes. After both were paid out, however I only received $130. Where did the $190 go???? I’m so confused and both are labeled as “funds availableâ€

It would be complete guess-work to try to tell you where $190 went unless you can post screenshots of the transaction details of both transactions.
However: similar posts in the last couple of weeks have turned out to be listings in which the seller used one of eBay's Promoted Listings programs. Specifically, at least one of those sellers chose a 50% Promoted Listing rate.
What that meant was that that seller agreed to let eBay keep 50% -- half !! -- of the total sale
in exchange for "better" placement of the listing, ideally to result in better chances of selling.
Then that seller was surprised to see that eBay had actually, you know, kept 50% of the sale.
The only potential silver lining to this situation for that seller -- and possibly for you ?? -- is that eBay's Promoted Listing fees, whether the seller sets them at 3% or 10% or 50%, are potentially deductible as business expenses when you are preparing your 2025 tax return early next year, at least seven months from now.

OP1 year agoi only chose the 10-11% option. I was wrong in the numbers. Together base the listings sold for $413.25. After the promotion general fee and the shipping labels it dropped down to $373.98. I got a payout on both items but I’m missing a total of 235.26. The payout for that amount says it’s delivered and received, yet it’s been that way for a couple of days now and I have only been transferred the $138.72 from the first payout.

That sounds frustrating.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.

From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
