Missing Fedex package
I shipped an item to my buyer via Fedex ( tag purchased through Ebay).
Fedex shows item left on the buyer's front door.
Buyer claims she never received the package.
What to do ? Can I file a claim with Ebay ? Am I going to have to replace the item to the buyer for free, at may cost ?
