Missing Fed Ex return label due to Ebay error that can't be found
I ordered an item that was damaged during shipping. Seller was helpful and refunded the money and paid for a Fed Ex shipping label. I went to get the label and Ebay gave me an error message that they couldn't find it and to try later. I can't even find an option to find the label at this point. It's like it was totally lost and neither the seller or I can get to it to send the item back. Can't get anyone from ebay to help. Anyone experienced this and how did you resolve it?
