missing delivery
I made a purchase here through Ebay. the seller was prompt in shipping via usps with a tracking number attached. it was in a cardboard letter
sized envelope. usps shows the delivery being made last saturday BUT it was not in my mailbox. I live in a complex with a mailroom
for all the buildings. I think the mailman put it in the wrong box ( which has even happened to me). usually the errant mail would be
put back in the outgoing mail and the mailman puts it where it belongs. that hasn't happened. contact with usps about this issue
comes back and tells me ; tracking shows it was delivered, case closed ! ebay closes the investigation with the same conclusion.
any ideas for my possible next steps ?
