Missing confirmed shipping refund ($14.95) for Order #07-14236-36224
Hi, on March 7th agent Hyen confirmed a 14.95 dollars shipping refund for Order 07-14236-36224. I only received the 40 dollars item refund. It has been 9 days. I am abroad and cannot use the call option. Can an eBay employee help process this manually?
