Missing coin
I purchased a 1924-p standing liberty quarter from Steve walker-59. I received the envelope today but to my surprise when I opened the envelope, there wasn’t a coin inside! I contacted the seller and he told me he would review the video of packaging and get back with me. He has yet to do so! I asked him why he didn’t tape the envelope like every other seller I’ve purchased from does to prevent theft if in fact he didn’t tape place the coin inside. I’m not saying he is a scammer, but taping an envelope with something valuable in it seems like common sense. Also I requested a refund, but how can I return something I didn’t receive? What do I do? eBay doesn’t let me tell them what’s going on, it says I have to wait until Jan 11th to see if it arrives because of limited tracking. But it arrived today. Beyond frustrated. If this isn’t made right I will permanently take all of my business to Whatnot!!

Mentor9 months agoLocate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described/missing. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
