eBay is testing it in a new location ... it has been placed at or near the bottom of the page.
You can request a callback from eBay and complain: eBay Customer Service

OP1 year agoThank you. Real convenient putting it down there. I have no idea what the reasoning would be. Sometimes Ebay should just leave things alone.

OP1 year agoI understand that, but moving that to the bottom has made it useless to me. It was much easier at the top, mainly because it was more accessible. Every time now I try using it at the bottom, the page keeps loading more items, and I never get there. Their "more to explore" is useless to me. I used it for research, browsing and listing, and just plain knowing what category I was in when navigating. Thanks again for the response.
