missing an item possibly stolen from buyers mailbox
I mailed an item to a buyer. It arrived 5 days ago. The buyer sent me this "Hey so my package says deliver but isn’t in the mail box I contacted usps and they told me to file a dispute with my bank". They opened a claim against me. The tacking number says it was delivered, I can't reach anyone at EBAY. What am I supposed to do.
