misselling
I recently bought a flat plate drying rackĀ which was advertised as being stainless steel and rust free. When it arrived it was chromed, not stainless steel. I was given a partial refund. Within days of installing it it has started rusting. The item is utter rubbish. What angers me is that the seller is lying about the item. I'm finding it impossible to contact the relevant eBay department to resolve this issue, which is one of mis-selling. The seller should be banned. Any suggestions?
