Missed offers
I just noticed that I have missed an offer from a potential buyer. The offer expired earlier today. I can see only the first and last letter of their ID so that is useless for contacting them. This is not the first time this has happened. The offer was for an amount I definitely would have accepted. Why am I missing these offers?

Under "Completed offers" on your listing it shows the full buyer ID, as well as the offer in your Messages.
Where do you only see the masked ID?
I made an offer the other day that expired and the seller contacted me later and asked me to resubmit so they could accept it. It was easy to handle.

OP9 months agoUnder 'completed offers'. IDs are masked in mine.

Mentor9 months agoThe IDs are masked when we send out those blind offers to watchers/buyers.
It's unmasked when they accept or counteroffer - sellers are shown who the potential buyer is.
Not sure why you're seeing anything different.
