Misrepresented Listing / item

HI, looking for feedback on how to handle an item of clothing I purchased from a seller on ebay. I purchased pants which are shown as tan in two separate picture (front and back). The items title informs the brand of pants, the type of fit and size dimensions (no color indicated). The sellers description provides the same information lower on the page. Seller informs that in the expanded "about this item" its labeled black which is odd and misleading when they used photos of a tan pair of pants, and never indicated black within seller description or title of posting. Seller is being difficult when I asked to return the item and to receive a refund, and offers me a 6$ refund on pants that was 30$ and just purchased. How do I have ebay or someone to help get this fixed and get a full refund?

Go to your purchase history, open a return with reason doesn't match item description or similar wording. They will have 3 days to send you a label or refund you. if they don't then option to have eBay step in will appear
