Misrepresented item , seller accepts no returns…. ?
Seller represented the tire as new with sticker still on tread. After several attempts to get the tire mounted/balanced, I’m told it is from 2014. It isn’t new but an old, unused tire - display item. When I contact seller he says he listed it with no returns and ghosts me. eBay has limited choices to select from and this is bizarre. Is there any way to get a person to review this seller’s actions? It’s slimy. Thanks, Bob

Mentor5 days agoAlways check the date code on the tire. One year old is okay, but 12 years old is not. Four digit code, week and year of manufacture.

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
