Hello. I bought a cars hood and front lower valance/clip that appeared light green in all the auction pictures the seller posted . All additional pictures the seller sent to me, 10 to 15 also looked to be the correct color, so I bought the hood. The hood was shipped from New Jersey to Illinois. The shipping itself was $425.00. The 2 parts cost $275.00 dollars. The hood and front valance I bought from bighead16 are not the correct color that I repeatedly had ask about. When I took off the plastic and brown wrapping paper it was very clear that the 2 parts are blue in color. The seller insists that the color is a Volvo factory green color of which there are 4 variations. I repeatedly asked the seller about is.Volvo calls it, Mistral Green. It is a very light green, a mist green as the name suggests. The total is: $700.00 dollars. The seller will not refund the total amount of $700.00 and only says they would refund the $275.00 for the parts and that I would have pay to ship the parts back to New Jersey. What does anyone suggest that could be done ? Thank you.
