misrepresentation and fraud
How do you handle a transaction when the seller has misrepresented an item and refuses to accept their mistake and still continue to sell that items as an incorrect fit. Would that continual of behavior consider it as a deliberate misrepresentation and considered an action of fraud? In that case statue of limitations for fraud would apply and not the 30 day return policy
