misrepresentation

Question

I have recently purchase an item and on the purchase site they list a united states address. Then when you receive the shipped notification it's being sent from China. Then in most cases the item does not arrive for a couple of weeks. Am In the only one who has a problem with this and where in the hell can a person file a complaint about this.

Title: Misrepresentation of item location.

Explain in the box that the seller showed xx,xx USA as the item location and later uploading tracking from China.
