mispresentation of Item
Item shows a bottle of men's colonge says new in box when recieved it was a vial that looks nothing like others . sent in a padded envelope Such as carded sample ,I recieved a designer fragrance passed off as the real thing.When I contacted seller she was telling me I did,nt read description well when you put there new in box showing a picture of an item ,that's what you should be getting .I was told by the seller that she picture the item ,yes because it,s a fake.that's what I got I still have the original post that shows. I was charged $18.50 for a fake product the vial just has initials it's j p on it the others on the other post says JPaul Gullitier Thanks for letting me vent .Iam really mad

·2 years agoFrom your Purchase History, open an "item doesn't match description or photos" return request. You will need to upload a photo of what you received. The seller will be required to send a return label.
