Mismatched shoes

Question

I ordered a pair of shoes. They came on time. When I tried them on something wasnâ€™t right. One is an 8, the other a size nine. What should I do? Iâ€™m new at eBay and unsure how this works. Iâ€™d like to contact the seller to find out if the shoes got mixed up and I can get the right one if possible. Or get a partial refund to compensate? I would appreciate any advice. I donâ€™t want to leave a negative review without giving the seller a chance to make it right. Thanks.

File a Return Request for a full refund.

Within 30 days after delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match descriptionâ€œ. Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
