I mislisted an item. I asked the buyer to cancel the item. They said no. How do I issue a refund. Will I owe more then what they bought it for?

Mentor8 months agoBuyers cannot cancel items.
Did you list something you didn't have and then have someone purchased it? If so, you need to cancel the transaction with the reason out of stock. That refunds the buyer.
Did you list something twice and have 2 buyers? You need to cancel one transaction with the reason out of stock. That refunds the buyer.
You will have to pay the final value fee in both these situations. You will also open yourself up to negative feedback.
