Misleading seller
I made a deposit on a purchase of a vehicle that the seller didn’t disclose that he had a loan on it! After I asked for the title he said that he would get the title after is paying the loan out of the money that he would get from me! I told him that I am not comfortable buying a car with a loan on it and I would like to cancel the transaction and the seller told me that he would keep the deposit because is not refundable! Misleading a buyer is not correct and fair to anyone! Please help and advise!
