Misleading item name in title

Question

Seller lists a higher grade bicycle component item name in title and lower grade model number. Example - name: â€XTRâ€, model number: â€œCN-M8100â€.

I contacted them twice but they havenâ€™t responded in a positive manner and didnâ€™t update their listing.

@michaelone1 , Sellers are not required to respond to messages, especially if you have not made a purchase from them. Afer all how do they know that you are not a competitor trying to cause them problems? If they are knowingly listing an item as being a Brand Name's product and model number, but have described or photographed something else. Or if you go to the Item Specifics and look for Brand and see another name or N/A or Unknown. Then at Model number or MPN and see a different number or N/A, You can use the Report Item button just above the Item specifics box to report the misleading title. eBay will take it from there.
