Mentor11 months agoYou are far past the deadline to file for a claim with eBay's money back guarantee protection.
And the seller does not have to respond or deal with returns on an item that long ago.
Did the listing state that the item was real gold or rose gold plated/colored.
You might have some recourse with your credit card provider or paypal, depending on how you paid for the item.
In the future, remember that you need to resolve issues with purchases within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Mentor11 months agoSorry ti hear this. Unfortunately you are long past the eBay Money Back Guaranty which is 30 days from receipt of the item. So eBay cannot help you. You should be able to go to your payment source and ask for a charge back but there are time limits for this a well.
