Misleading information regarding the value of an item

I'm starting to see quite a few listings touting the Postage Stamps for sale as "Rare" or "Valuable" such as the 4 cent magenta Lincoln issued in the 1950's (I have a bag of them if you're interested). Does ebay police this sort of thing? Very misleading and ethically wrong. How do I report this to ebay to put a stop to it?

Sellers set the price, buyers decide to buy or not.

There is nothing to report. eBay isn't able to "police" the more than 2 billion items listed on the site. They do have programs that scan the site for policy violations, but they don't have expertise in determining whether an item is described accurately when it comes to being "rare" or "valuable."
