Misleading feedback percentage.

I've had 12 months without a negative feedback but my feedback percentage remains below 100%. Why?

The date you received the feedback is not available.

I would suggest that it takes 12 full months after you receive the negative feedback for it to roll off the counting feedback.

If you received it in October 2024, don't expect it to roll off until the end of October 2025

We can see a negative feedback in your feedback count. We just can't see when you received it.

We can't see the exact date but when viewing your feedback it shows sometime in the past 6 months-1 year you got a negative feedback. I posted a screenshot above

Hi @theoldford Your feedback profile shows that you received a negative feedback at some time between 6 months and 1 year ago. We are not able to view the exact date.

It shows a negative feedback in the past year though

The feedback will drop off after 365 days has passed. It is a full year for old feedback to roll off your counting feedback score. It should happen soon, just be patient.
