Misleading description
I purchased an item described as following: "4 Inch Wire Wheel Brush Cup Brush for Angle Grinder, Coarse Crimped Twisted"
This is a set of three brushes that I expected to be all 4" in diameter. However one of the brushes is 3" but in the picture it is enlarged to be displayed at the same size like the other two. I complained to the seller and he said everyone who sells this item has the same description. I found that he's right. I can't give the seller hard time because he's just the middleman. How can I correct the issue across the board?

OP2 years agoThis item is sold by several sellers with same description. Is there a way to report the item and not just a single seller?

Mentor2 years agoThe easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
