Misleading ad
I ordered a rear bike basket with net and liner. But only received liner and net. I took screenshots to prove the the wording of the ad. As well as the photos in ad. Am I hosed, or will seller be responsible for sending basket to me as stated in original ad?

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

OP2 years agoThank you. I found another seller with the same ad. And clearly says basket with net and liner. So guess I'll start refund.
