mislabeled shipments
I had two sales recently and just learned that I had the shipping labels reversed. How do I get each purchaser a return label and is there a way that the products can go directly to the correct purchaser or do they have to come back to me first?

You will need to provide a return shipping label addressed to YOU so that you can ship the correct items to the correct recipients.
The buyers can file a Return Request due to "wrong item received".
