Mislabeled package
I received a package that is not mine. I ordered a videogame and received some sort of mechanical part but I don't think it is the seller's fault because altough the top label has my name, under that label there is another one and the order number is visible and different from the order number I was given for my package, when searched for that order number in the shipping company's tracking page, the package that I received was supposed to be send to Sweden, I ordered from Mexico and the seller is from the US.
I tried to contact the seller with no succes and I don't think I it is correct to place a return and refund request when it is not the seller's fault, what should I do in this case?
