mislabeled item

Question

I recently purchased an order from [Removed by moderator]

It is a book listed as "Hardcover" format. However, when it arrived, it was a less expensive paperback format. I've left a message with the seller but have not had a reply. I can find no way to leave a review of macbongo56. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I review this seller or how to resolve the issue?

I am sorry that happened!

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

The seller may offer you a partial refund, request that if it's your preference

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
