Misinformation from the selling title
I ordered some hair clipper blades from a seller. The title read 2 Sets hair clipper replacement blades.. Adjustable hair clipper blades then the number (285318473737). The seller is listed as buyflying (158073). I bought from her believing that there were 2 sets of replacement blades. When I received only 1 set, I contacted the seller and told them. They informed me that the listing is for 1 set with 2 parts. I felt that I should ask for a refund or at least get half of the asking price refunded. The listing also said that it was with _free shipping! So, they contacted me and let me know that they would refund me $3.00. I reluctantly agreed, but thought that they could at least do that. I was asked if I wanted a full refund and I said yes, I did. I asked them to send whatever paper work is needed to return the 1 set that I got. They, in turn indicated that "you do not need to return it." When I received the refund of $3.00, I was told I would be charged for shipping for returning the blades, even though there was only one set and I felt it was their misleading listing title that caused all this. I also had agreed to the $3.00 refund only if they would change their listing title. They said they would look into it. Nothing has changed! I STILL SAY THAT 2 SETS MEANS 4 PIECES, MAKING UP 2 SETS. I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID THE ASKING PRICE OF A TOTAL OF $10.30 FOR 1 SET, AND THE LISTING SAYS FREE SHIPPING! i ASK YOU TO PLEASE UNDERSTAND MY SIDE OF IT AND TELL ME HOW I AT LEAST CAN SEND THEM A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
