Misinformation
I bought an iPhone it was listed as brand new without original packaging and fully unlocked but when I received the phone it was locked and also the brand new phone that was listed as brand new the battery is at 85% how can this be I need to seek legal action over this misleading information to scam people out of their hard working money so someone please contact me with legal advice over this please and thanks.

I’m so sorry this happened … but you don’t need a bazooka to kill a fly. Here’s what to do:
File a Return Request from your Purchase History … choosing ‘Item doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for the request.
If the seller doesn’t provide a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days … then go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
