Misfitted parts
when selecting what appears to be my vehicle for parts fitment we have found issues. I have a 2019 ram crewcab 4x4 with a 3.6 l etorque engine. When i select the 3.6l engine half the parts are correct, the ones on the exhaust side, but half of the parts are incorrect, the ones on the intake side.
What i have found is there are two different 3.6l engines in ram trucks. One is an etorque and the other is not but ebay only offers one 3.6l option so half of the parts listed are not correct when they say these parts will fit. I have purchased a timing kit with cam phasers all the timing parts are correct, and the exhaust camphasers are correct but the intake cam phasers are wrong. I purchased a camshaft, lifter and rocker arm kit, the exhaust camshaft are correct but the intake camshaft are wrong as well as the lifters and rocker arms. I also ordered a water pump and it had to be sent back because it was incorrect. I ordered another one and it was correct. Ebay needs to recognize there are two separate 3.6l engines for ram and separate those parts as to which one they actually fit so that we can order correctly. In most cases the sellers do not even know that there are two different engines and are listing all the parts as they will fit the one option ebay offers when selecting your vehicle.
