Misdelivered package TIME SENSITIVE Plz Read
I ordered something on eBay with my money back guarantee and i updated my address and personal information before I bought this item it didn't apparently and it got sent to my old address which is two and a half hours away and I cannot contact the owner of the property.. I cannot locate the package the carrier has already delivered it so they washed their hands of it I'm with no money and no item at this point because eBay's customer service has been running me in circles telling me to click on stuff that's not even an option on my purchase history. I've contacted the seller we have gone back and forth with messages to come to a decision they will not replace the item ..they will not give me a refund.. they will not give me a credit I keep trying to get a hold of eBay to get it taken care of before they closed my case but I work normal customer service hours and the automated helper doesn't help just takes me in circles doing things I've already tried or that leave me nowhere because it says it was delivered.. it says it was a completed order but it wasn't and I am struggling to figure out how to handle the situation because I AM covered on eBay's money back guarantee but I can't get somebody to bring their attention to the case before it gets closed if it gets closed then I'm just out money and items and I was supposed to be covered on the guarantee what should I do?

Mentor9 months agoBuyers are responsible for keeping their shipping address current.
As long as tracking indicates the item has been delivered to the shipping address on file at the time of purchase, Ebay cannot help you.
