Bough what I thought from the pictures ( no verbal description to speak of) a nice wreath for this upcoming important year. It is flat cheaply painted and the type of decoration you can get at the Dollar Store. I will not pay to ship back. Tried to warn others but not allowed to do so for 7 days. I guess Ebay is now no different the Temu, except Temu wants all feedback immediately and checks out your complaints.

Instead of leaving feedback before the transaction is finished, you can open a return for an item that is not as described. The seller pays for the return shipping. Here's what to do...
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

OP8 months agoI refuse to waste time and money returning an item that was pictured as 3 dementional and turned out to be flat like you buy at the Dollar Tree. But I cannot warn others and the sellers wants to talk me thru why ai thought that because they only had the 3 d picture no description. Maybe you should check out the selleers better and I have family as sellers. Sorry but Temu would have said they would refund and keep it. I have had 2 experiences like that with Temu over the last 3 years and that is their way of handling lying sellers.

·8 months agoThis isn’t Temu. EBay has their own policy for handling such problems, which @inceptions explained to you. If you want a refund, you have to send it back.
