Minnesota Buyer State Tax Refund for Clothing Purchase
I sold a baseball jersey to a buyer who lives in Minnesota. He was charged state sales tax I'm guessing because the item was listed as sports memorabilia. But it's a very wearable piece of clothing and Minnesota has no state sales tax on clothing. How can the buyer get the tax he paid refunded? Thank you.

·2 years agoYes, this is true. several states, clothing is not taxed, but sports wear is.
The tax was correct. There will not be any refund.
