I like to find out when will I be receiving a credit for an Item that I purchased on 3/21/24 Item ID: 334735336680 this item was canceled by eBay. It is now 4/13/24 I still haven't received my credit.

Item ID: 404305859326 I was told that would be receiving my item on 4/1/24 I have not received yet???!!!! today's date is 4/13/24

For your first item, which was cancelled by ebay:

For your second item, which you have not yet received:

Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.

If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.

If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
