Military base
Hello question on an item that I sold. The shipping address is at a military base in Hawaii. When I checked the cost of shipping, I was told additional forms would need to be filled out. Anyone have experience with this? I tried reaching out to the buyer twice and got no response. This item is over $400 and I feel nervous about sending it. Thanks in advance

If a customs form is required, it is pretty straight forward. Most of it will be prefilled. You only have to fill in the item weight and then the weight of the item, as I recall. When ebay says to ship, you ship.
