Micro deposits/ email address
I have been an ebay seller since 2002. This used to be easy. I haven't sold in a couple of years.
Since then a lot has changed. I recently sold 2 items. I have not received the 2 micro deposits and it has been a week. I have tried to find an answer and solution to this with no luck. Also I have tried to update my email address. Ebay tells me my new email address has already been used.
How is this possible? I've had this email address I'm trying to use for years, no one else has it. I don understand. This is getting extremely frustrating, especially the micro deposit thing. i need access to my money. This is the same bank account that has been on file with ebay for years. Before I was getting paid through PayPal.
Can anyone help please? I can't even find a way to contact a live agent or call ebay.
