mia wireless ripped me off
In early October 2025 miamiwireless sold me a defective BLU cell phone. The phone booted up once and then went dead. I notified them right away with 48 hours. Followed their instructions and returned the defective product. Miamiwireless responded by saying they could not use/resale the phone. Their position is to issue me a refund minus a $50 restocking fee back to ebay. Miamiwireless now says that if I have an issue with the restocking fee, I need to take my issue up with ebay. I paid in good faith and have ended up being "ripped off" by a supposably quality company. Please give me my money back. I insist on a full refund.
PS: I went to Amazon and ordered the exact same phone...which has worked just fine.
