MESSED UP TRANSACTION
On 5\1\2025 I ordered an Engine camshaft Timing Tool order#02-13035-336390. There is no history of this transaction in my purchase history with ebay. I did check with my bank and the charge is on my bill. I do have confirmation of this transaction with Ebay and my bank. I will dispute the transaction with the credit card company if i need to.

If the item isn’t showing in your Purchase History … it means one of the following:
1. You ordered the item as a Guest … meaning you weren’t signed in to your account at the time of the purchase.
2. eBay removed the item because of some kind of policy violation.
If you ordered the item as a Guest … then you can file a claim from the confirmation email you received at the time of the purchase.
If eBay removed the item … then it’s easier to file a claim with your credit card company.
