Messed up shipping label - returned to seller
Has this happened to anyone? What do I do? I already told the buyer that the package was returned with a damaged label. I can’t reprint the original label because that tracking number was used. How do I handle this? I just want to refund the shipping costs and then get a new shipping label

Mentor2 years ago@larkspurglory to send buyers full or partial refunds, go to the purchased item, click on the drop down menu, click on 'send refund'
also, if the label cost is worth it to you, go to the post office to see if they will allow u to use the same label or refund u if the damage was their fault
