Messed up listing put pick up but should have been shipping bid before I could change. how do I get it off my ebay list as being not picked up?

Had Item that was shipped- listing had error but didn't catch until I had bid and didn't want to loose bidder by cancelling. I didn't get shipping info in listing - I had error for pick up item locally marked. Have no numbers to put in for item to get rid of the red number on ebay that says it hasn't been shipped. How can I get rid of this . know I messed up but there should be an easy answer. Tried to contact ebay direct but no one called.

For a listing that included Local Pickup only, ebay is looking for the QR code or the 6 digit code from the buyer. Since you stated you shipped the item, you can CONTACT BUYER and ask the buyer to look for the ebay message that included the 6 digit code so you can enter it into the sold order. If the buyer never sends that code, ebay will hold the payout for up to 31 days past the sold transaction if the buyer never files a case.
