hi sirthat is a bad buying i am contact your for one month but not get any answer about iutem that buy from your site . the item is amecal -8893 cmm/cfm thermo - anemometer equiv: wind speed gauge , air flow but no answer and whwer is the item you site is withdrow the payment from my bank in sep.13.23 but not received please check and correct the problem by sending the item or refund the paymentyhis is the last referring and i will put in social media the transaction with you is very badthanks

Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.

If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.

If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
