Some sellers -- particularly some of the larger ones -- may not accept any messages.

OP2 years agoWhen I click on contact seller this is an example of what I get, it won’t even let me upload a picture from my library!

Mentor2 years agoAre you able to send a message without a picture? If not, try another browser.
If you can successfully send a message without a picture, try sending a different picture. There may be limits to what format or size pictures can be. JPG or PNG seem to work for me.
