Messaging on eBay desk top computer
Lots of problems - been trying to call eBay for one week to no avail.
1 - Can not open / navigate thru messages or send messages on my eBay screens as I once could - Screen exhibits content but clicking on the appropriate link or drop down does nothing.
2 - Can not find or open all my feedback as I once could.
PS I have an I-mac cell phone and HP desk top computer.
Have you made more changes? I need some one with eBay technical to walk this 80 year old cripple man thru fixing my problems - HOW DO YOU SEND EBAY AN EMAIL OR MESSAGE FOR HELP WITHJ SUCH ITEMS.

See if this helps with sending messages
App
- Click to the Contact Seller button at the bottom of the listing.
- Type your question for the seller in the area that says "send a message..."
- Click the triangle/arrow icon to send the message. (the icon will turn blue once you have written something.)
Browser
- Go to the Seller Information section at the top of the listing on browser and select Contact Seller.
- Choose the topic that best matches your question on the Find answers page.
- If you can't find a solution to your question, select Other or Still Have Questions, then select Contact the seller.
- Type your question for the seller in the area that says "send message."
- Click the blue send message button to send it (the button won't be active until you add a message).
