Messaging a seller
A seller is messaging me when I click to respond I get a pop up you purchase was over 90 day ago so you cannot respond. I purchased the item on 5/22/2024 and received and made a return request on 5/29/2024. How can I respond to the seller I want to return the item?

Mentor2 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.
Go to the seller's feedback or profile page and use the contact link there to compose a new message.
If prompted for an item number and you get an error message that the item is not valid, choose "not about an item".
