Messaging a potential buyer
I was sent an offer in which I counter offered and was declined. But I want to message the person who sent me the original offer and accept it.

You can not contact the buyer once the offer is declined. 😞

Here is a new page eBay has added to Seller Hub on Offers: Offers
A declined offer is done. I do not know how declined offers are shown on that new page or if there is an option to send a counter offer after a declined offer.
